Location, furnishings, everyday and beach items are aplenty. And portable fans and air coolers. Well Well-stocked kitchen. Near the perfect parking garage. Love the pool towels! And the written instructions.
We pretty much liked everything. Except for the lock on the bedroom door. It’s possible to get locked out of the bedroom when no one is in there.

Loan was super responsive and flexible when we asked to check in early. Her place was just as described so no surprises. I would highly recommend her place. Free parking and easy walking to beach, shopping & restaurants.

Host was responsive to messages and provided detailed instructions on check-in process. Our stay was nice and pleasant. Family of 6 stayed 6 nights. Location is within walkable distance to nearby shops, beach, etc. Vehicle assigned parking is across the street.
Beach chair, umbrella, and shade were provided and we definitely benefited from using those items on the beach.

We loved the location. Very close to everything around Waikiki. The apartment was very nice and communication with the owner was great. The building itself was dated but functional. The apartment was well stocked.

The apartment was spacious enough for 5 of us. The apartment is a little dated but comfortable. There is a 7-eleven nearby for little things and a food truck park a block away with all types of food. Also if you go over the bridge across the canal is a small strip mall that has good eats too and of course Waikiki Beach. The Duke Paoa Kahanamoku Statue is about 11 mins walk and there are all kinds of restaurants there. The Ala Moana Center Mall is also within walking distance. We had a car that allowed us a little more flexibility. However, renting away from the airport was cheaper than at the airport. There is a Costco about 20 mins away where we did our food shopping for the week to cut down eating out costs so don't forget your membership card. The laundry was $6 for washer and dryer together. The machine is a good size so you can fit quite a bit of clothes. Folks complained about the air conditioner not working well but we found opening the windows and the lanai allowed a nice breeze to flow through and we barely used the air conditioner. Otherwise, each bedroom has an additional portable air conditioner to cool off for the evening. The parking is located in the building across the street but is included with the rental and a lifesaver for not having to find street-metered parking. The building has a pool but there is so much to do that we barely used it. We did not see an issue with cockroaches but we made sure to take out the garbage every day. Overall great stay.

Loan’s place was at the perfect location to all the places we wanted to cover. The place is located very close to Waikiki beach and with lots of restaurants near by. Loan was very responsive and flexible with check-in / checkout processes. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Oahu.

We really enjoyed our stay. Was a little noisy at first but we got used to it. We are just not used to the city noise.
The parking situation was awesome, parked in a secured parking garage across the street from the condo.
Really close to some good places to eat. Shopping is minutes away.
If you don’t have much to pack to the beach you can just walk there in about 10-15 minutes, parking near the beach is not free.
And there’s stuff in the condo that is available to use at the beach. Chairs, towels, mat’s etc
I would stay here again for sure.

Perfect location for our family vacation. Great little coffee shop next door and within walking distance to all our attractions in waikiki. The condo was exactly what we wanted, well stocked, plenty of the extras that we needed. Communication was detailed with all the information to make checking in/out easy.
